Work-Life Integrity
I work with tenured professionals who feel drained, disillusioned, or quietly stuck — helping them find their way back to themselves without losing what they've built.
The situation
From the outside, things look steady. You're respected. Relied upon. Successful by any reasonable measure.
But under the surface there's a quiet fatigue. You're holding too much. Giving too much. And it's starting to show — in your energy, your health, your relationships.
You keep telling yourself to push through. Except it gets harder to ignore the distance between the life you're living and the one you quietly long for.
That's the kind of turning point I work with.
You might recognise this
The work that once energised you now drains you. You do it well — but you're paying a price you didn't agree to.
Change feels unrealistic at this stage. Too much to lose. So you stay, hoping something will shift on its own.
Slowly, imperceptibly, the life you're living has become something you don't quite recognise. You sense it, but can't name it.
You know something has to change — but you can't see what, or how, without everything coming undone.
Externally, things are fine. Internally, you feel like you must be in the Twilight Zone — successful and empty at the same time.
Not another framework. Not another productivity system. Something that actually gets underneath the noise.
How I work
Most of my clients come in hoping I'll help them figure out what to do next. What we usually discover is that first, they need to be able to hear themselves again.
I draw on fifteen years of corporate leadership, a background in social anthropology, somatic approaches, and Jungian-influenced frameworks. But mostly, I work from the conviction that you already hold the answers — and that the right conditions can help you access them.
This isn't fast work. It's deliberate. It moves at the pace of genuine change, not the pace of the quarterly review cycle.
I hold an ICF ACC credential and work with clients one-to-one, virtually, across time zones.
Ways to work together
Signature package
The thought of a significant change at this stage feels unrealistic. Yet carrying on as you are feels just as impossible. You know something has to shift — but you don't know where to start. That's exactly where this begins.
Learn more →Signature package
You've taken the leap. Left the career that no longer fits and are moving toward something more aligned. So why doesn't it feel better? You're in the in-between — no longer who you were, not yet who you're becoming. This package supports that threshold.
Learn more →Flexible support
You want meaningful support without committing to a full package right now. What you need shifts from session to session — sometimes a work challenge, sometimes a personal situation, sometimes simply perspective. These bundles adapt to where you are.
Learn more →For past clients
You've completed one of my signature packages and are well on your way. But life doesn't follow the plan, and sometimes it throws a curveball. These flexible bundles are for those moments — to steady you, recalibrate, and keep moving.

In their words
"Over the past six months, I've experienced significant personal and professional growth — thanks to Anne's ability to ask insightful questions, encourage self-reflection, and introduce practical yet impactful methods that foster lasting change."Yale Mollar, Founder
"Anne created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up and exploring the root causes of my confidence issues. Most importantly, Anne always believed in me, even when I was having a hard time believing in myself."Nigel Bowman, Amazon
"This is the coaching experience I needed: unique, enriching, enlightening. Anne's understanding of the corporate environment made this process fluid. I was placed firmly in the driver seat of my own life."Jay A Gounder, Amazon
"I've aligned with my core values and shifted to a more purpose-driven life. I've strengthened my relationship with my wife, and become a more present father. Things I didn't expect coaching to touch — but that were always connected."Yale Mollar, Founder
